Believe it or not, poor nutrition is responsible for more ailments and health issues than anyone will ever really believe. Poor nutrition is the leading factor and cause of disease and dis-ease in America.

How ironic is this?  The United States of North America is seemingly one of the the most “food rich” countries and to the point of  being a gluttonously and wastefully food rich country! However, the majority of the food being served up to Americans out there is pure junk Even the packaged stuff loaded with chemicals and that claims it is healthy for you.

Poor nutrition is responsible for creating all levels of imbalances in our mind/body ecosystem as well as the Earth’s ecosystem.  E.g., Google the burning and murder of Orangutangs and destruction of their habitat to harvest palm oil for junk snack foods!

In so many many cases of sickness and disease, and dis-ease, and age related issues (e.g., memory loss) when you fix the nutritional imbalances FIRST, the need for prescriptions drugs and heavy medical care decreases significantly and if not all together!!! Poor nutrition also contributes to many many mental health woes that we see play out on a regular basis in our society.

Whole fresh plant based nutrition is one of the number one was to maintain optimal mind/body health and a golden key for preventing disease and slowing aging. Fix the food supply at all levels (in our personal lives, local communities, nationally, world-wide) and keep it healthy, organic, free from chemicals, GMOs, and create a lifestyle filled with delicious nutritious whole foods and you’ll create a more solid foundation on which to build healthier individuals, healthier communities and a healthier more sane nation. Be generous with this food supply and give ample quality nutrition to the currently impoverished and literally millions of starving people out there and that are found in both this country and around the world.  Do this, and we will be one step closer to a more compassionate, sane, freer, more joy-filled world!

Creating a lifestyle that incorporates fitness and  whole fresh plant based nutrition is our first and best piece of ‘personal healthcare legislation’! It is about progress, not perfection, and with practice it can become one’s best health insurance policy that always pays forward in the most positive and beneficial ways for maintaining the integrity of one’s health! Even if something does go truly wrong with a person health-wise, if they have a solid practice of good nutrition in place they are able to deal with the real factors of health crisis at hand and not be confused by the issues stemming from poor nutrition and chemical laden foods. High quality nutrition will also help speed recovery and healing!
